We have urgent opening for Telecaller cum Office coordinator at Digital Marketing Profs .
Job Role – Candidate must have earlier experienced in Tele calling and good communication skill
Job Responsibilities:
Co- Ordination with Supervisors and Managers
Should be take care of all Admin/Front Office/Telecalling activities like sending mails customer follow ups and Co Ordination
Should have strong knowledge in MS Office
Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.
Reaching out to new customers and explaining them about courses.
Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
Counselling of Students on courses offered by DMP.
Experience: Should have 06 months-2 years past experience in any professional institute .
Experienced Telecallers Will Be Short Listed.
