Eligibility Criteria- Graduate /Post Graduate in HR
Experience: Minimum 6 month to 1 year
Salary: Negotiable
Key responsibilities::
-Managing recruitment for lateral hiring.
-Source and Screening of candidates using database, portals social media etc.
-Scheduling the Interviews.
-Follow-up of candidates.
-Doing Job Posting and mailings as per the requirements.
Specification :
1. Should posses good communication skills.
2. Should be confident with positive attitude.
3. Should be target oriented
4. Should be a multi- tasker
5. Familiar with Ms-Word and Excel.
