Client Support Executives

Opportunity to learn, grow and work abroad for multinational based in USA, Ireland and India

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Generate sales.
 Make and receive calls and handle customer queries / objections
 Provide service information
 Identify and escalate priority issues to Manager
 Place follow up calls as & when required
 Document call related inputs according to standard operating procedures

Education and Experience:
 Proficiency in computer applications.
 Minimum Qualification – Senior Secondary
 Knowledge of contact centre telephony and technology
 Experience – Minimum 3 to 6 months
